Like many guys, I started my fitness journey as a bodybuilder. I seemed strong and I seemed fit...until a buddy gave me a WOD to do:

AMRAP in 20 mins

5 pullups

10 pushups

15 air squats

I remember thinking, "I'm going to get 20 rounds!".

I got 6.

After getting thrashed by "Cindy", I fell in love with CrossFit and never looked back.

I work out either really early in the morning or at Open Gym. I coach in the morning and early evening.
