Head Coach
I have been involved with sports (soccer & track) all through high school, but had never been to a gym before Bison. The idea of a regular gym didn't interest me. I loved being on a team. I loved sweating together. I loved cheering for each other. I loved loading the bus, playing the game, and returning home together. I liked doing it together. When I found CrossFit I found a similarity in that same love that I had for high school sports. The community felt like a team. We are all here for different reasons, with different backgrounds, and walks of life. Not one of us is the same, yet we are here, doing the same workouts, side by side, getting each other through it everyday. To say I am team oriented is probably an understatement. I quickly realized this place was home. The community we work for is incredible and each face I get to see on a daily basis is the reason I love doing what I do. My heart is 100% in helping people succeed at their personal goals. My passion has always been to help people & here I get to do that everyday.

WHEN DO I NORMALLY WORKOUT & COACH:
Depends on my coaching schedule but i will get to 930am if I can. I usually coach late mornings, afternoons, nights.
SOMETHING MOST PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW ABOUT ME:
I started my first few weeks of CrossFit with my head in a trash can.
