CROSSFIT START STORY AND WHY I'M STILL HERE
I was an all-season athlete my entire life and once playing organized sports came to an end, I became addicted to the workout scene. I never really bought into "just" lifting or "just" cardio. Before I even knew what Crossfit was, I wanted to lift to a near-max set and then go run as hard as I could on the treadmill. Safe to say I was really annoying to everyone around me. But then I found my tribe at Crossfit Hoboken, one of the true OG CrossFit's in the Northeast. I ate everything they served and always wanted more. I coached for a year and knew it was my calling inn life; to help others through health, fitness, and community. Haven't looked back since.
WHY AM I STILL HERE?
I coach because it started as a passion, but it soon became a purpose. I feel it is a responsibility more than anything to help foster the environment that helps others get the most out of themselves.

I am all over the map - I try to coach and/or workout with every class on the schedule every two months
