Coach
During my college football career, I was dedicated to improving my strength and speed through consistent training. After graduating, I continued exercising but was stuck in a fitness rut, with little progress and monotonous routines. That changed when I discovered the CrossFit Games on ESPN, which ignited my passion for fitness. My wife Nicole and I joined a local CrossFit gym, I was drawn to the intensity, variety, and competitive nature of the workouts. I have adhered to CrossFit’s methodology for over 12 years, witnessing firsthand its positive impact on myself and others. I am convinced that CrossFit is instrumental in promoting longevity and overall well-being.
I coach because i am passionate about connecting with people and helping them achieve their goals. Witnessing the profound physical and mental transformations in others continues to inspire and motivate me.
MY FAVORITE BISON MEMORY:
Coaches throw down open workout 17.5- 10 rounds for time 9 thrusters 35 double unders. The coaches took on the workout first. All of us crushed the workout (or maybe it crushed all of us) it was so much fun to come together as a staff with many members watching, and throw down. Plus i beat Dave.

WHEN DO I NORMALLY WORKOUT AND COACH?
I workout with thE island of the misfit toys at 7am. I coach early mornings
