Like many, I was extremely athletic growing up and gravitated towards a variety of sports but as I got older I searched for something more. I worked out regularly at globo gym until I met Dave in 2013 who introduced me to CrossFit. After just a few classes, some pretty embarrassing, I was hooked. Quickly I realized that it’s more than just a workout, it's a community of people who want to work hard, have fun, and lift each other up. When we moved out here to open Bison it was a no-brainer that I wanted to coach so I could bring that same great experience I had, to others. I may be a part of Bison’s foundation, but our athletes are what have grown that foundation into an awesomely thriving community that I am so lucky to be a part of. There’s no other gym like CrossFit Bison, I can promise you that!
