Cancellation/Refund Policy
Memberships may be canceled or frozen at any time for any reason by the member/client/buyer while auto-renew is in effect. To request a cancellation or hold please email crossfitbison@gmail.com All requests must be sent 24 hours prior to your payment date. Cancellation/ hold requests received after the billing period will not be refunded.
All membership payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Membership may be put on hold for a maximum of three months per year.
