Partner 1:

8 Pull Ups 

8 Wall Balls 

8 Push Press (95/65)

8 Alternating DB Snatch 

Partner 2:

Run or Row 200 M while person chips away at AMRAP


This is timed out so an athlete can get through an entire round while his or her partner gets through the run or row. It does to need to be that way. Keep in mind that if/when you need a break, do it when it is your turn on the AMRAP. Every row/run should be done with intensity!
