Aim to have all sets done well under 2 Minutes (it can be done under 1:00-1;15, so you can jog through the row + burpees). We want the barbell to feel heavy from the start. Suggestion starting weight is around 65% of your 1 RM Clean. You are doing 20 total cleans over the course of 22-24 minutes. Make em’ heavy.
