A repeat from 2017! This workout is a pure engine-test that is more about the BBJO than it is the DB Snatch. You are actually working for about 10-11 Minutes on this one if you complete all the reps. It would be smart early on to allow yourself equal work:rest ratio because as the reps get increased, your mental game needs to be tight!
