10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
Ideally you do the lunges unbroken, trying to relax the upper body as much as possible while maintaining core stability. The overhead and pull ups will have to be strategically done. This has the potential to get really grippy, really fast. Avoid that failure stage for as long as possible.
