The Snatch work is meant to strengthen positions and pulls across the board. Work up to about 80% here. DIANE is one of THE original benchmark workouts of Crossfit. It is meant to be a quick and intense workout that CAN be done under 3 minutes, but can be paced longer. The barbell should have a medium-to-heavy feel.
