How far down the line can you get?!? Be controlled and consistent on the cleans, don’t get sloppy. The handstand push up volume is low enough where you can go in thinking unbroken for the majority of the sets. The row? Your choice. Empty the tank each time knowing you have rest or focus on a pace that can allow you to avoid the redline.
