Fatigued double under and wall balls. While the volume isn’t too high and a good amount of your workout will be spent running, an attainable goal here is to maintain consistent movement on the inside-work. Unbroken isn’t as important and consistent movement mechanics on this one.

SUGGESTED WARM UP:

  1. 10 Leg Swings + 10 Punter Kicks – 2x
  2. 100-200 M light jog
  3. 5 Tempo MB Squats (stay upright) + 5 MB Squats (stay upright!)
  4. Stretch and mobilize feet calves: 2-3 minutes
  5. 100-200 M medium jog
  6. 5 MB Squats + 5 MB Press + 5 Wall Balls (unbroken)
  7. Stretch and mobilize hips and low back
  8. 100-200 M hard run + 10 Wall Balls + 30 Double Unders
