  1. 10 Grasshoppers + 10 Mountain Climbers
  2. 5 Inchworms + 5 Press Ups
  3. Mobilize / stretch calves and feet
  4. 100 M Run + 150 M Row + 20 Double Unders
  5. Rest 2-3 Minutes
  6. 200 M Run + 300 M Row + 40 Double Unders
