  1. Mobilize and stretch front rack (Lats / Triceps / Wrists)
  2. Mobilize and stretch the squat (Quads / Hips / Calves)
  3. 3 Sets: 3 Tall Clean (Pause at bottom of squat)
  4. 3 Sets: 1 Clean Pull + 1 Tall Clean + 1 Pause Front Squat
