- 5 Press Ups
5 Downward Dog + reach for opposite ankle (each side)
2. 5 Tempo Back Squats (3 down / 3 hold / explode up)
3. Handstand Hold + Half Rep + Handstand Push Ups – 3x
4. 10 Step Ups / Rest 30 seconds / 10 Box Jumps – step down
5. Do one half of a round – time it – create a pace goal for the WOD
