We begin our Pre-Thanksgiving Squat Cycle with EXTRA focus on technique and form.  The tempo Back Squats should be taken light so you can put all of the focus on your midline stability and positions.  Once you reach the normal back squat sets, your body should be primed to move some heavy weight. REMEMBER…EVERY SQUAT SHOULD LOOK THE SAME.
