The Bison Benchmark work continues!  Here we have a Pull Up/Toes to Bar/Wall Ball interval workout with the “rest” being runs.  While we know that isn’t actual rest, the idea is to give the muscles needed for the inside movements a break so you can attack them with high intensity once you come in.  Challenge yourself with how big of a set you can knockout when you get in from the run every time.
