*Entire workout is “I go, you go” style. Athlete 1 does an entire round, then athlete 2 does an entire round.

*This workout will move faster than you think even though you will each be completing 15 rounds of work.  Today trains work capacity as none of these movements are “complicated” but they all sure as heck make you tired.  Today we challenge you to hold yourself accountable to starting each round right as your partner finishes theirs.
