We have a strong gymnastics focus coming up for the next 8 weeks. These unrecorded EMOMs should not be viewed as a max effort, but rather an opportunity to clean up the movement and look for consistency. The short AMRAP should be approached with max-intensity. The weight should be unbroken touch and go all the way through and this would be a good one to go hard out of the gate and see if you can hold on to your round 1 pace.
