*7 Minute Cap on Bench Press   17 Minute Cap on workout.  Any reps that are not finished on Bench Press reps will equate to 15 seconds added to your overall time.


STRONG AND FAST.  One of the main themes to the Bison Programming.  Be careful with your early sets on the Bench.  You want to avoid reaching failure, it is almost never worth it "trying to get 1 more".  Take some calculated rest, longer than you think.  Then, go run as if someone was chasing you.
