You should be on a challenging Hang Clean weight BEFORE the 6 Minute mark. Use this to work on pulling yourself under the bar and sticking the landing with tension in proper position. For Part 2, your challenge will be how to approach the differing rep scheme and pushing too a point of near, but not quite, failure.
