10 Push Ups

15 Sit Ups

20 Box Jumps (24/20)


 This time domain teaches a lesson in pacing. You want to be fresh to start each round of bar muscle ups. The other three movements should be rhythmic and should not take you to failure. Control your breathing. Move at 75% for the first 15 minutes. I suggest jumping up and stepping down on the box jumps no matter what level of fitness.}
