It’s one thing to be comfortable on the rope and an entirely different thing to be comfortable on the rope under a lot of duress. This may be the time to look at how efficient your double under motion is (Hands/Wrists…not arms!). Weight on the barbell should be something you are doing multiple touch and go reps with for the entire WOD (not heavy).
