*Reps can be partitioned.  Most common being 20 rounds of 5 pull ups/10 Push Ups/15 Air Squats.

*THERE ARE NO CLASSES.  WE ARE RUNNING HEATS AT 7:30/7:45/8:00/8:15/8:30/8:45/9:00 AM.  PLEASE ARRIVE 15-20 minutes before your heat to warm up on your own.
