3 Deadlifts 

2 Hang Squat Cleans

1 Split Jerk

*Complex must be done without dropping the bar

Part 2:

2 Sets

100 M Overhead Carry w/ KB (Right)

100 M Overhead Carry w/KB (Left)

Rest as needed between sets.  Be careful with weight selection, this should not be a go-to-failure exercise.  Focus on stability from top to bottom.  Rest mid-walk as needed.
