*Add 2 reps of Strict Press each round 


*Standard for Strict Press: Touch the bar beneath your collar bone.  Lock your elbows out above your head.  Ears need to be at least in line with your arms at the top of the rep.  Ears should not be visible behind your arms when looking at you from the side.  You may not use your legs to aid the lift.  

*You will have a judge/counter

*Please arrive early to warm up and stretch on your own, as we will need to do 2-3 heats per class.
