10 Overhead Squats (95/65)
10 Chest to Bar Pull Upa
if completed, move on to
From 3:00-6:00 – 2 rounds
12 Overhead Squats (95/65)
12 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
if completed, move on to….etc
*If you successfully complete 2 rounds in under 3 minutes, you advance to next 3 minute interval. Always add 2 reps of each movement each new round.
