1 Rep Max Front Squat
-We will have a 5 Minute “WOD” (unrecorded results) to get your legs and core ready prior to lifting.
-Remember…On days where you finish early, use them to spend some time on skills and/or mobility.
-Nicole from Lurong Living will be at the gym at 6 AM, 10:30 AM, 6 PM, and 7 PM to help answer any questions you may have regarding the challenge.
