Part 2:

“Death By Calorie Row” (4x/3x)

Guys – Minute 1 you will row 4 cals.  Minute 2 you will row 8 cals.  Minute 3 you will row 12 cals….etc until failure.

Ladies – Minute 1 you will row 3 cals.  Minute 2 you will row 6 cals.  Minute 4 you will row 9 cals….etc until failure.
