In teams of 2 (1 working/1 resting)

EMOM – 10 Minutes

10 Box Jumps (24/20)

10 Wall Balls

10 Burpees

5 Minute Rest, then

EMOM – 10 Minutes

10 Weighted Sit Ups (25/15)

10 Push Ups

10 Overhead Lunges (45/25)

*Reps can be increased or decreased

*If you do not complete a round within a minute, you must sit out the next minute.  Your team’s score will be how many rounds you complete.
