5 Muscle Ups OR 15 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

10 Handstand Push Ups

15 Deadlifts (255/155)

20 Toes to Bar OR 40 sit ups

25 Double Unders

**No more than 8 attempts on the muscle ups per round

*We are giving a sit up option for those that want to protect their hands for a potential pull up/toes to bar WOD Friday
