If successfully completed, then

From 4:00-8:00

2 Rounds 

15 Thrusters (95/65)

15 Pull Ups

If successfully completed, then

From 8:00-12:00

2 Rounds

20 Thrusters (95/65)

20 Pull Ups

Follow this same pattern until you fail to successfully complete a 4 minute round

No bands will be allowed for the pull ups.  We will have a ring row standard that everyone will do if pull ups are not an option.
