*Ideally we are using at least our 3 rep max shoulder press for all 5 sets

*Rest 2 minutes between sets

Part 2:

3 Rounds for Time

10 Push Jerks (135/85)

15 Ring Push Ups

20 Box Jumps (24/20)

*12 Minute Cap

**If the rings are a struggle, you may do normal push ups
