All – We can’t wait for this to go down.  Really looking forward to the progress that all of you have made through your consistent hard work.  Speaking from experience…don’t stress about this.  You will perform better if you come in with a relaxed mindset, focused on simply moving well and keeping a steady pace.  That said….Let’s freaking kill it!!!  

Remember…whoever improves their score the most from attempt #1 to attempt #2 will have this WOD named after them.

And lastly…if this is your first time doing the benchmark, we will measure your progress down the road.  I promise it will show an increase in performance.
