Great job this week.  We had a tough run of workouts that involved a lot of weight being thrown around.  You all rock.  Let’s just have some fun with this WOD.  You can as light as you want, I’d prefer lighter and challenge yourself to do these sets unbroken each time rather than heavy weights and having to break everything up.  Keep being awesome!!
