As usual with the open, we will allow you to change out the deadlifts and put in a different movement if you have ANY lower back pain. This has been a tough week for our lower backs and it’s not worth over-doing this WOD. Let us know prior to the beginning of the class, and we will give you a substitute for deadlifts if need be.
