Part 1:
10 Minute AMRAP
3 Deadlifts (275/155)
6 Toes to Bar
9 Goblet Squats (53/35)
12 Sit Ups
*Be careful with this weight. I want LESS than a current 1 rep max. I prefer speed/form over weight for this workout.
Part 2:
5 Minutes
Max Weighted Plank Hold (45/25)
*Athlete is not expected to hold a 5 minute plank. Rest as needed over that period of time.
